As each work is handcrafted, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to personal preference or circumstances.
However, in the rare event that your piece arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will resolve the issue with care. Please contact us at info@tamikojewellery.com within 5 days of delivery (including the delivery date).

To assist you promptly, kindly include the following details in your message along with clear photos of the item:

  • Your full name
  • Contact details (email and phone number)
  • Name of the piece
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for return (e.g., damage or incorrect item)

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a complimentary courier pickup and issue a refund within 3 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned piece.
Return instructions and courier arrangements will be provided by email. Please wait for our confirmation before sending any item back.
