- Contact details (email and phone number)
- Name of the purchased item
- Date of purchase
- Reason for return (e.g., damage or incorrect item)
If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a free return pickup using an international courier and issue a refund within 3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
