Shipping and Delivery

Tamiko Jewellery pieces are primarily created by commission. Each work is handcrafted in Japan only using 1high quality materials such as 18K gold /Platinum and natural gemstones.

Domestic Delivery (within Japan):

• Delivery within Japan is free of charge.
• Shipments are made using a reliable domestic courier service.
• Once dispatched, delivery normally takes 2–3 business days.

International Delivery:

• Complimentary worldwide insured shipping is included for all purchases made directly through our atelier.
• Deliveries are arranged from Japan using a trusted international courier service.
• A direct signature by the recipient (or authorized person) is required upon delivery.
• Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days once dispatched, though customs procedures or local conditions may cause delays.
• Customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Production Time:

• Commissioned pieces generally require 3–8 weeks depending on the design.
• Occasionally, a selection of finished pieces may be available in our Tokyo atelier; these can be delivered within 5–7 business days.
