Return Policy
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations of orders at the customer's sole discretion under any circumstances.
However, if the product is found to be defective, or damaged due to an accident during shipping, or if you receive a different product due to a mistake, please be sure to contact us at the following e-mail address within 5 days including the date of delivery.

When you contact us, please provide us with the following information and attach a photo of the item to make the process smoother.
- Your name
- Contact information (phone number and email address)
- Name of item purchased
- Date of purchase
- Reason for return: Damaged condition of the product, etc.
We will check the condition of the item and refund you within 3 business days after confirming the return of the item if the above reasons apply.
For returns, we will arrange for pickup by DHL or FedEx. We will contact you via email with the details of the pickup and you can return the item(s) according to the information in the email (return is free of charge).
